Assessor Training (Units: 4098 | 11281)
This 1 day course will provide you with the required Assessor qualification to assess NZQA unit standards within your NZQA Provider or you can register as a Workplace Assessor with your ITO.
You will learn how to plan, prepare yourself and your candidates, and conduct assessments against NZQA unit standards. The training leads to an on job assessment for unit standard 4098 and 11281.
Assessment Designer Training (Unit: 11552)
This 1 day course follows on from Assessor Training. When you achieve this unit standard you will be qualified to design assessment material for your NZQA Provider or ITO. Some ITO require you to hold US 11552 before you can register as a Workplace Assessor.
You will learn how to read and analyse unit standards, identify the areas of competency involved and design assessment material using a range of assessment methods. The training leads to an on job assessment for unit standard 11552.
Moderator Training (Unit: 11551)
This 1 day course follows on from Assessor Training. When you achieve this unit standard you will be qualified to moderate assessment material and verify Assessor Decisions for your NZQA Provider or ITO.
You will learn how to critique assessment material and verify Assessor decisions. The training leads to an on job assessment for unit standard 11551.
